INTEGRITY Security Services™ and P3Mobility Team Up to Launch Nationwide Secure Network V2X Subscription Service
ASHBURN, VA — AUGUST 28, 2025 — INTEGRITY Security Services™ (ISS), a global leader in end-to-end embedded cybersecurity solutions, announced today that it is partnering with smart roadway services provider P3Mobility to launch V2Xpress. This new subscription-based service will enhance road safety, mobility and sustainability by enabling secure Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) functionality for connected cars, automated vehicles, mobile devices and other smart road services.

Among other features, P3Mobility’s V2Xpress service will draw on the ISS TrafficAuth-SCMSclient library and suite of application programming interfaces (APIs) to give local governments, mobility companies and other road operators the ability to accelerate the deployment of V2X nationwide. This service will:
- Send secure V2X messages over cellular networks without relying on physical RSU hardware
- Support safety use cases, such as red-light violation warning and traffic signal countdown, and enable these use cases to be delivered on a subscription basis
- Enable subscription-based services such as signal priority and pre-emption for emergency services, freight drivers, and other connected and automated vehicles
- Support road operator funding by enabling road usage charging and tolling
- Offer transportation stakeholders the ability to provide drivers a safe and secure way to stay connected via a mobile app or an integrated API
V2Xpress is also fully compliant with IEEE 1609.2 and SAE J2735 standards, SCMS Manager policy, and all U.S. Department of Transportation requirements for security credential management system (SCMS).
