An IT Systems Technician is responsible for assisting with general Information Technology activities including but not limited to configuring, deploying, monitoring and maintaining server hardware and software. This position is located in Irvine, CA.

Essential Functions

1. Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise hardware and software
2. Monitoring 24x7 system health, maintaining scheduled backups, reviewing system logs
3. Respond to critical alerts affecting system security or up-time
4. Cryptographic key management (generation, maintenance, and logging)
5. Works under general supervision

Competencies

1. Direct experience with Linux operation systems (command line, shell scripting)
2. Familiarity with web security technologies like PKI and TLS
3. Understands basic network technologies such as switches and routers
4. Effective communication skills, both written and oral
5. Flexible, thoughtful, accountable, and passionate about work with a willingness to learn
6. MS Office user literacy including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
7. Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI, WebTrust, and ISO-27001/2 a plus
8. Candidates may be required to occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds

A Technical Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Engineering and is accountable for the delivery of projects on time and within budget, and for being responsive to requests from engineering and customer points of contact. This is achieved by efficient use of time through good organizational skills, diligent record keeping, and by resolving issues and questions during the course of a project in an expeditious manner. This position is located in Irvine, CA.

Essential Functions

1. Assists in providing basic planning, design, and engineering support

An ISS Principal Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, and debugs complex computer software with minimal direction. The engineer is capable of providing design recommendations required to achieve cost and schedule targets, and works as part of a small and highly productive team to meet the needs of our growing and evolving fast-paced business. When required, the engineer is capable of providing project leadership by assigning tasks and resolving technical issues. In addition to producing quality code, the engineer must be passionate, versatile, flexible, and eager to tackle difficult technology challenges as we grow. This position is located in Irvine, CA.

Essential Functions

1. Work with a small team of developers to solve engineering problems for cyber security platforms
2. Meet with customers, peer developers, and internal business units to capture requirements
3. Write specifications and high-level design solutions for approval
4. Rapid-prototype mock-up designs to meet target requirements
5. Design secure network and web systems through creative, clever, and innovative thinking
6. Handle all aspects of the software and system lifecycle from conception to delivery
7. Build, design, and deploy high quality solutions while utilizing multiple technologies and tools
8. Research and recommend engineering solutions for new products
9. Collaborate with team members to problem solve system-level solutions
10. Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality software development
11. Proactively identifies and resolves inefficient systems
12. Performs other related duties as assigned

Competencies

1. Experience with core web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, SOAP API, REST API, and server/client side architecture

4. Experience in creation of prototypes and stubs

6. Demonstrate working knowledge of databases and related administration
